Right of withdrawal.

Are you a consumer? Then you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here is how you use it.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract was concluded (i.e. the day you set up your account with Seelance).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the sample withdrawal form below — it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early start of the service

If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period — which regularly applies to activation of your trial — you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of services provided for in the contract.

During the 14-day free trial no proportional costs accrue, because no payments have been made during this period.
